Exact same message I received last Tuesday from 862-229-1351 caller ID “NEWARK NJ”:
Robo voice message received 4:10pm on Tuesday 30 May 2017 from 479-777-8585 caller ID "MENA AR".
“This is [Emay]? management. We have made numerous attempts to contact you in regards to your pending complaint. A decision must be made today. Your input would be appreciated but is not necessary to process this claim. This is a very important matter. Please respond immediately. The phone number is 702-781-3628. Or press one to be connected to a live representative.”
Neither number is known to me and I have no pending complaints. Perhaps I should have one with Verizon for allowing these types of calls to their customers.
Got a call from this number with location unknown. I called it back to let them know this is a do not call number. The hateful lady tried saying it was legal info that they were calling about. I told said lady that companies do not call like this regarding legal info. If this was a legit company, they would not have there location unknown & the number you put in on your search would come up connected to a legit company.
