I just got a call from 479-783-4359 and traced it back to Rainy G. at address 1301 North 9th Street, Ft. Smith, AR 72901 but I am not sure if the telemarketer is actually calling from here.
I just got a call from them. An automated message said my vehicle is not under warranty or stg. I worried about it and I pressed 1. A rep. started BSing I shutted her up and asked how the hell they can call my cell and make me worry. She apologized and told me they are going to remove my phone number from their list. How they get my cell phone #? Is there way to sue them?
yeah. they just called me 3 minutes ago, so i looked up their number online and found this site. is there a way to sue them, or to get off of the calling list, because i get solicits from several different area codes about this car warranty crap. I'M TIRED OF IT!
I answered the phone and the recoding came across saying this is the second and final noticed that my car warrenty is going to elaps, I pressed the "1" and he asked what make and yr of my car was, but, I asked his name and he replied JOHN SMITH an he hung up.
