Even my own number is being used to both call myself and other people. Please report to the FTC, the FBI, and on here to cover all bases and stop robocallers like Rachel from Card Member Services. They are one of the biggest and oldest scams running and they use VOIP to do their dirty work, now even using local-looking numbers to make people answer their phones. If you don't know the number, don't answer. Otherwise, scam bait and report.
