Yep. Just got the call myself, 2 hours later than the above guy. I stupidly answered and a loud message began. Don't even call me! Besides, no one anywhere has a rate lower than me, since I've had a single card for well over 30 years, and lobbied the bank president for a lower rate.
Recorded message saying it was a call from cardholder services and that there wasn't much time to reduce my interest rate. Did not state what credit card company they were calling from. I'm assuming attempted theft of personal information.
