Credit card interest scam. This is the "Rachel" voice robot caller, probably working out of Orlando using spoofed telnos in the central time zone. This scam has been shut down several times, so it is utterly amazing what a [***] job your government is doing. The good news is the dialer is random, not sequential, so it is unlikely you'll ever get a second call from "Progressive Solutions" or whatever they are calling themselves now. Again, I blame the federal government for not enforcing the no-call list when they know the people behind this illegal telemarket scam. Also, to BellSouth for knowingly connecting their telephone rooms, and Google, for allowing their websites.
