Caller hung up right away when the answering machine comes on.  I don't know anyone from Arkansas.  Getting lots of these numbers from all over the US today.  One earlier from Dallas TX... I think I am going to dump my landline....once and for all.  Although, I still get these calls on my cell, but they are not as frequent.
