It's a scam. They offer to 'help' with your tax debt - for a HUGE upfront fee. Unless you are totally insolvent and broke with no hope of ever earning any future income - you wouldn't qualify for their scam 'program'.
got a call from this number last night rang once then disconnected. could be linked to this new "one ring" cellphone scam. fortunately since they didn't leave a message i wasn't curious about returning the call.
This is one of those company's that gets paid to verify a number belongs to you. The company will never talk, its always a computer. They use it for debt collection and skip tracing.
