Do people truly believe if you call a company asking for the owner, by their first name, you'll automatically be connected? I'm sorry "click to dial-er's", you're grossly underestimating the average assistant/receptionists intelligence.
Nowadays, I'm unable to finish saying "he's unavailable" before they disconnect. I'm with "sick and tired"; don't waste your time and just let them go to voicemail.
