they are the most annoying people you can deal with - my timeshare is paid to hte hotel direcly, but they still call me twice a day to find out where it is... all they need to do is ask the company-i am tired of telling them that
now i do not pick up the phone - untill they get tired of their acts
This is concord servicing, if your timeshare payment in not received on the day its due(they are not late until 10 days later) you will get calls multiple times a day from these rude bozos. They want you to sign up for automatic payments from your credit card(never a good idea) and are very pushy about it. Then they tell you that they are a debt collector, this insn't true they are a loan servicing company.
