They call and leave no message.

A collection agency - mainly for Cellphone companies

I finally called them - they were calling about a Cell Phone bill from 2006 that was not mine ( T-Mobile )
so it is safe to say they are a collection agency.

Halsted Financial. Bottom Feeder Collections Agency. Many complaints on internet of alleged scamming. Beware.

Called. Left no message. Goes into the blocked list. So tired of scammers...
