Person didnt leave messgae and I am unfamiliar with the area code

I got a call from this number tonight as well.  Don't know who it is.  No message.  Any info regarding this?

Hello.  I'm looking for a job in engineering.  I put my resume online today and have been flooded with calls.  I was unable to reach the phone for the call from 480-238-7315 but it is possible that is the reason for the call however, I'm unsure.  Thought that might help.
