These people call my small business with the caller i.d. name QB Services and when I answer they ask for someone by their first name that used to volunteer here I say theres no one here by that name they say thank you and hang up before I can say anything else 2 minutes later call asking for them by their last name and I say the same hang up on them then they call again 2 minutes later asking for them by their WHOLE name.. Not only that they would call let the phone ring once and hang up between calls so my phone was tied up for almost 10 minutes.
