The phone is a cell phone number in Phonix area, but it is still just part of a scam.. THEY ONLY WANT YOU TO PAY FEES. i HAVE SEEN MANY OF THESE.

This guy said his name was Jordan Mathers but when I asked him his real name he said uh well uh Abishek. He said Mathers is my business name. He was wanting to fix something on my Windows 8 laptop. Gave me his number and asked me to call him back. Very strong accent. Bad feeling about this one!
