Representative "John" asked if I was business owner, when told I was the office manager he hung up on me. Called the number back and spoke with a rep who also hung up on me when I asked about what company he was from. The last rep "Ronny" told me he was calling from Phase1 and he would remove me "since I asked so nicely".
