He was calling regarding our technical equipment, I checked the caller ID and it had the number 480-270-7230. He hung up after I put him on hold, I am sure some idiot from this place will call again soon.

I hate to disagree, but as an employee of CDW, we have 2 lines, both direct. One is toll free for customers that are out of stae. As forthe atutude, that is unfortunate, If you need help, please let me know and I will contact you.
