they call and nobody leaves message got a call many times

I've been getting calls from the same number.

Someone called claiming to be a nurse with CIGNA health insurance, and she asked me for personal information.

This number is for the Cigna Well Aware program.  Anyone who is a member of this program will be getting calls from them.

I get the calls too, they don't say anything when I answer they just hang up. I have call intercept and they still get thru to my number. Its very annoying.I CALL AND COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A GHOST NUMBER. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS.
