Just got a call from this outfit. They are a "solar" company robo-calling people and ignoring the Do Not Call List. If you don't answer, they will not leave a message. Since they are local to me, I called them back to find out who they are.
6.24 I live in Mesa and received 2 calls today from 480 281 1000. They both rang through, no message so I Googled the number and found this site. Since another respondent had phoned them, I did, too. Female with oriental accent answered with "Mr Smith?" -- her caller ID had given her a wrong name, but she proceed to tell me about real estate deals involving the equity in my home. I told I was reporting her the Do Not Call authorities and I did at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
