I called them to make a payment, "Mrs. Hon" started screaming at me and hung up. Hard to make a payment if they hang up. Called back got supervisor who took payment and said "there are two sides to every story" yeah, I might have just dreamed a crazy woman was screaming.
I am receiving several phone calls per week from this company and they have me mixed up with someone else who has a similar name. They claim my phone number is listed to another person, which is not true. I am ready to make a compaint to the attorney general's office.
