This lady wanted to talk to my husband, when I asked for her to leave a message, she said it no thanks and hanged up

I would like to hire an attorney to sue this company for calling me and telling me that I know a person named kelly. They will not let me talk to a supervisor about the harassing calls from a man named Rick.

Our company has recieved approx. 30 calls from this same rude man regarding an employee, we have told him to stop calling our location as it is a business and then he began threatening people.  GM financial needs to screen their employees....or at least pay attention to the calls they are making!

Keeps calling and claims to want a "reference check" for one of my former employees. It is a debt Collector scam

Asked to give a personal reference for a person I haven't talked to in years!!.. Don't know what kind of scam it is, but it's definitely not legit!
