Who called from 4802823692

ALMOST DAILY SOMEONE IS CALLING MY HOME FROM THIS NUMBER. NO MESSAGE, NOTHING.
I GOT THEM BLOCKED AND THEY GET THROUGH SOMEHOW.

I said "hello?" and a young woman or girl said:
"Am I the only one that thinks... Um..." - *click*

"....Cops were called"

I received a call from this number last night, the man said he was watching me and knew what I did.  I promptly called the police.  He used a very low growly voice, my caller ID shows the number belongs to a Robert Culp.

just got a call from this number, Caller ID says Roger Culp, I didn't answer, but next time I will so that I can report him to the cops
