Who called from 4802829111

I keep getting calls from these morons and have told them repeatedly to stop calling/who are these [***]?

unwanted call or solicitation... not returnable call.

They've been calling my cell for a while now. They keep calling and when and if you answer, the line hands up. Really annoying!!! Blocking call.

Woman who identified herself as Tonya Lucy said she was with a firm called "Safe Card."  Supposed to be a databank of emergency information available to EMS people in case of emergency.  For only $350.00.  I don't swipe my credit card on the first call, and I definitely don't give it out to someone who calls me.  This has SCAM written all over it.  I blew it off.  She wasn't a happy camper, but I've still got my $$.

Keeping getting calls from this number, when I pickup they is no one there. When I call the number back I get a busy signal.
