Merchant Service company. Extremely Very High sales pressure. Absolutely refuses to disclose any details regarding fees, terms, contract length over the phone or email. The looser also refuses to accept rejection. And will continue to call after you hang up on him.
Says they are CPN. Asked for the Wayne (the previous owner, who sold the company over 15 years ago!). Told him no one here by that name. Asked for the current owners. Told him not until he tells me what he is selling. He says rudely, "well I can only disclose that to the owner". Well guess what! Then you aren't getting through buddy! Cause I answer all the calls and unless you know the owners name and they tell me they are expecting your call, you aren't getting through. I told him to take us off their list and hung up. He called right back. I just picked the reciever up and hung it up again. I can do this all day.
Annoying person calls and will not disclose what he is trying to sell. Wants to ask a lot of questions to "qualify" our office. I asked what are we qualifying for, then he rambles and never answers the question. Don't let him waste your time.
Guy called and tried to get all kinds of info from me. When I refused since he would not id himself, he said he didn't want my business anyway. His name was John. Totally RUDE. Look out for scams.
Called my job looking for a manager that no longer works here. Told them that he is out. Asked when he would be in. Said sometime next week. What day. Oh Tuesday. What time? Said afternoon. They said they would call back. Now I know not to answer.. Wouldn't give any info.. Scam..
