Called my phone 4 times in one day--when I didn't answer they just called right back. I answered on the 4th time. It was a message that my "Google Listing" was out of date. I pressed one for a person and was livid. I clarified that my number was registered with Texas and National Do Not Call List and she argued that businesses were exempt from Do Not Call lists and there's no way they called me multiple times. So infurating. I just want to make these calls stop!
Someone who identified herself as Kristen McCulloch from "CPN" called our business and left a message with our receptionist. The message was vague. It said to call back "regarding a review that came up regarding the company." It sounded fishy to me, and the comments by others above reinforce my suspicions. We won't be calling her back.
