Just got a call from this number.  Asked if I wanted to lower my CC interest rate.  They asked how much CC debt I had.  then which card carried the majority of that debt.   I asked them which card company they are with...apparently they are with all of them.  They asked for that CC number "I see it begins with a 4, can you give me the rest of the number?" - All Visas begin with a 4.  (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bank_card_number ) I asked if I could call them back and they could not give me a number for that.  Stated they could not take calls.  They then asked for the last name on the account.  Did not give number!!!
