Reason why some of us biznes owners get P.O. is that your company is relentless in calling us sometimes everyday or 3 to 5 times a week. Even after I have requested multiple times to not call me as I will NEVER change my credit card processing, my requests are blatantly ignored. Sometimes when I inquired what was the call about and got an explanation and I said I was not interested, a 2nd person pops on the line to take over for the hard sell as if it was a supervisor listening in on new sales people. This person typically is VERY aggressive and starts arguing with me (a customer candidate). So when we are rude, it is only because your cohorts are rude, obnoxious to us and we then reflect our upset, anger and frustration back to you. Its nothing personal, its JUST BUSINESS. Your company has multitudes of phone numbers which is fishy in my book. So sorry you have to work for bosses are using ignorant practices making your job unpleasant. I suggest you find better employment elsewhere.
CALLER DID NOT IDENTIFY HIMSELF, ASKED FOR OWNER OF COMPANY BY FIRST NAME, STATING THAT HE HAD INFORMATION CONCERNING ACTIVITY ON AN ACCOUNT THAT THEY WOULD WANT TO KNOW ABOUT.
QUESTIONED CALLER, CLAIMED IT WAS ABOUT MERCHANT ACCOUNT, IMPOSSIBLE!
NEVER TRIED TO VALIDATE CALL, JUST CONTINUED TO RECALL COMPANY & HARASSED RECEPTIONISTS.
They call here every month or so. It's merchant services trying to get you to switch companies for your credit card machine. They are very pushy. I'm blocking them from our phone. :) Gotta love call rejection!
