Who called from 4802960073

No message. Calls 10 times a day and says nothing. I want this caller blocked. If I am important enough to waste time calling, then it is important even to leave a voice mail when I don't answer.

I want this caller blocked. It is getting most annoying to have someone call constantly, even after I go to bed. If I wanted to talk to some unknown idiot, I would answer my phone. If he wants to talk to me, he can leave a message telling me why he is invading my time.

Calls frequently and leaves no message. The caller appears on caller I.D. as NCSC.

I get this NCSC call on a daily basis, sometimes a couple times a day.  It is most annoying when they call after 8 pm.
