It would be nice if facts were actually posted here. The job was complete and it was a year after it was complete that a complaint was filed and it wasn't for faulty work. It was only because he didn't have a license. And somebody wanted the money and a free job ................ And the fact that he didn't have a license was clearly stated before the job was started.
This number is for Diamond Bar Construction. John Scot Winsor. He is a thief, unlicensed and convicted in court by the Registrar of Contractors. Check their website. Will not finish jobs and keeps deposits. DO NOT USE!!!!!
I have fallen victim to this man. He owes us money for not finishing the job and I am unable to get in contact with him. any ideas on how to get my money out of him?

and file a complaint. He has already been convicted but played the game and is only paying 50.00 monthly after taking 20k from a friend. We are now looking into criminal charges. He gets the checks and gives them to his ex-wife and she deposits them. This is because he is drawing Social Security which I will be alertng t his scam also. I am also following up on criminal fraud charges butif he is in jail even the 50.00 won't be paid back.
