No message left. When I called it back, automated message stated that it was a "generic number for the Mayo Clinic and no specific extension can be traced". I'm guessing it is either a fundraising arm of the Mayo Clinic, or a telemarketer advising that it is the Mayo Clinic, so that you'll be inclined to answer it the next time you see the number.
