Got call from this number earlier today. When I called back, number not in service. Researched this and the company listed above Health Choice of Arizona. Health Choice Arizona is a managed care health plan that provides health care to people in Arizona's Medicaid Program, Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). Health Choice Arizona has been providing AHCCCS services in Arizona for over 20 years.
I have received several calls from this number. I tried to answer it once and there was no one there. I tried to call it back and got the recorded message that the number is not in service. What gives? Who thinks that it is the Flag P.D. and why? I would very much like to know.
keeps calling and if I call back it says # not in service. My caller I.D. says it's Health Choise Az. Now what gives. Either way can't get ahold of anyone. I'm tired of all the unwanted phone calls. I'm on do not call list and have been for a long time but still get all kinds of calls.
