Who called from 4803027253

Hangups when I asnwer. I tried calling back but it's always busy.

I got a call from this number over the weekend.  It hungup when I answered as well.  I called it back and it was busy..........but then called again and it just rang and rang.  The caller ID said it was from the University of Colorado.  I called it back a third time and this time it appeared as if the call was answered, but then sounded as if they were trying to dail out...........but it sounded more like an auto dial.

Hangs up whenever I answer.

No message left of voicemail. Call was on a holiday M-Day

No one was there when I answered.
