I received a call from 1-480-302-7257 and no message was left on my voicemail. However, I tried calling the number back several times and either got busy signals or no answer. After trying this on and off for an hour or more, someone finally answered. He said his name was AJ from Dish Network. I asked why he was calling me since my number is on a federal no not call list and he stated he is working with a dialer which dials numbers at random and therefore the do not call list does not apply. When I told him that is illegal in the US he hung up on me.
