Woman with heavy accent said she was returning my call about the back brace I ordered from the TV commercial. When I asked who ordered it, she said my doctor, however, she didn't know my doctor's name. Wanted my secondary insurance, asked if it was HMO or PPO. Very insistent when she was transferring my call to a "medicare provider assistant" that I answer, "yes, I saw your commercial", even though I never heard of them. I asked for a callback number but she said she couldn't give it to me and wanted to call me back later. I called my doctor's office and was told this was not a vendor they used or even heard of. Beware as this appears to be a scam! There is a website, however, the phone number and location do not match the origination of the call. Phoenix, AZ.
Called my landline in Southern California at 11:30 a.m. Thursday today. Caller ID said out of area and the the phone number. It went to my answering machine and left no message, so obviously not someone I know. Blocked the call!
