Contact your state attorney general about this. Is there some way you could block or monitor her calls? I realize they change numbers constantly but there is a very good chance her name is being sold as a "suckers list" since she has been scammed more than once. Is there some sort of "elder advocate" in your area (that would depend on your mother's age)?
These callers have scammed my Mother for 2 + years. It began when they coerced her into giving them 2 Visa credit card numbers as well as her signature by way of a computer. They maxed out her 2 cards to the tune of $10,000. each. I am her daughter and together with my sister we went to the Minnesota Attorney General's office and to a legal aide specializing in senior citizen law. After 2 years and damaged credit, we finally got the two Visa cards forgiven but of course the damage to her credit was irreparable. They change their location and name often but most calls come from the southwest US, Phoenix, Las Vegas etc. They also have workers who call from other states like New Jersey. Anyway, they continue to harass her and I'm writing this because she just now hung up on them after they told her "her "domaine" name which they included in their "package" in order to set her up in a "lucrative" home business, had been "auctioned off" and they wanted to get the money to her.Of course, they needed "more information" I heard her on the phone and told her to hang up. By the way, she never got anything for all that money except a long list of names and their web addresses.
