It's Arizona State University's online degree program. I was researching online degrees, clicked ASU's ad, and filled out their form "for more information." The next day, they called me from this number.
There's no category for "educational institution," and I don't think this qualifies as "non-profit," but if you've ever contacted an online school (even the online branch of a brick & mortar school), you know they can be quite persistent. I guess I'll mark it "telemarketer."
