Spam call!! A man called claiming he was assigned to our business credit card account and was upset when his call wouldn't be put through to the owner.  He yelled at me for talking over him and if I was intentionally being rude.  Finally I hung up on him and he called back wanting to be put through to the owners voicemail. He didn't believe he didn't have one.
