Received a call from Icon Payment Solutions at my business claiming that they are a part of my merchant services and that I have qualified for "wholesale pricing" on my credit card transactions for Visa and Mastercard. They insisted on coming to my place of business and meeting their rep to look over my past merchant statements and get an estimate of my "savings" that I have qualified for.
After making an appointment with them, I then decided to google this Icon Payment Solutions and to my little surprise, they were a bunch of scam artists. I have read numerous complaints about them online, and it seems to be never ending since these scam artists are pretty convincing. I can't wait til I get to meet them and show them a little piece of every business that got scammed by them.
Apparently they have changed their business name 3 times because it's all over the internet about what a scam they are.
Go ahead and google Icon Payment Solutions. You'll see what I'm talking about. I'm guessing they also changed their number, since this thread seems to be out of the loop on what's going on.
Don't you just love the little hidden message on Icon -->> I-Con. You sure do con, alright!

I don't want anyone to be caught into this fraud, so I'm spreading the word around! It's always good to be cautious since all the things u read is 99% of the rip off scams that this company does!

Third Party WHOLESALE Merchant Services for Credit Cards. Time for a review on our
Merchant Service Account. We don't have service through Axiom! He knew our
business name and that was it. I told him I wasn't interested in switching our
Merchant Service account. Same old Scam under a different name.
