Same MO, same rude caller, refused to give me the name of the company she was calling from ("you're not HR so I cannot give you that information!" lol because I was born yesterday). Told her if she refused to disclose where she was calling from (other than her first answer of "Phoenix, AZ," because, honey, it's no wonder you're doing the "job" you are with smarts like that) then she'd have to leave a name and number because I refused to put her through. She got angry, yelled that she'd call back, and hung up on me.

Missed a call at 7:40, I was nice enough to call back too see who the caller was. A rude women picked up and demanded my name. Instead of giving out name name, I asked her who they were trying to reach at my number and she just hung up saying 'call back when you are ready to talk'!!!
