This sounded like a really good deal BUT! it sounds too good to be true,so I am Quite reluctant and after reading Chris post I am more apt to believe this is a scammmmmmmm!
Not sure if this is legit or not, but got 3 calls in the past few weeks from both this number and 480-375-9029, both claiming to be Wells Fargo. They leave voicemails asking for a return call, but do not give any context why. No way am I calling back on that.
While I DO have a mortgage with Wells Fargo, everything seems to be fine checking online (no late payments, no issues).
That other number is documented here on 800notes as being potentially scammy?
