THIS IS A FOREIGN SCAMMER WHO CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH, TRYING TO TELL YOU THEY REPRESENT SOME LOCAL PLACE CALLED SOUTHERN SOMTHING... ??? THEY CLAIM TO BE CALLING FROM YOUR HOME TOWN, TOTAL LIE.
I checked my phone and got this same number. I went online and googled it and it was a number in Phoenix, AZ. I have downloaded a phone app. on my Android phone and will be blocking this number. BEWARE, it's suspicious. Also when you get a chance, be sure to go to the FTC site and Register your number on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. It is a free service offered to everyone by the Federal Trade Commission and protects your number from scammers and others trying to sell you something or trick you.
