The caller is looking for home owners. They want to hook you up with a no out of pocket cost to help you save money on your heating bills. They say there is no up front out of pocket costs however, after listening to one of thier reps the cost can be quite expensive. What they do is come in and set up your water heater to be a more (solar) energy efficient unit, in return you must pay the the amount they say you will recieve in monthly savings over a 7 to 10 year period, you must make a monthly payment that could be as high as 150.00 - 200.00 per month. They will also take care of any government incentives. In reality you will have paid over $10,000.00 for a water heater. You will be contractually liabile, the agreement you sign is a loan contract agreement. No I did not sign..
So in December of 2013 it's Az Republic then in Jan of 2014 it's a solar company based on these comments? WOW so glad I didn't answer, a clear scam! Thanks for the info guys
