Caller gave me a name for me to transfer over to but no one with the name he provided worked in my company. He then wanted to be transferred over to the IT department but I told him I would need a name for someone who works in our IT department because I can't just transfer him over to someone random. He then randomly gave me the name Mike, I asked for a last name but he said he did not have one. I hate telemarketers like these.
