Scam threat call. Bogus legal case number and 48 hours to call warning. Refuses to give info. Beware!

Called and said I had a payday loan that was not paid for and now I owe 2500...said thy had no specific details on my "case" and since I didn't want to take care of the balance today thy would send my summons out and I would go to court for it.

Warning of a possible litigation case against me, No references given... It's a scam!

Call from 480 347. 0250. called from.  David Jenkins 888. 512 5897 case # 2014 -531711. Stated pending litigation. .. needed to respond in 48 hours.  
No information.
