Freaking tired of these people calling me! Everytime I ask who they are or who I am speaking with they disconnect me to call back a couple hours later. Sick of the stupid games. Yeah cool you want money, so do I. Why do you think I work my [***] off for it? [***] stupid scam artist pricks.
Robocall. I answered only because it was my area code. Started out asking if I could hear, it replied "good" and then proceeded on a free vacation scam. When I tried to interrupt it kept going, obvious robo.
Idiots who think they're going to get money from me. I wasted their time because I do have free time. They hate it when you keep them busy talking, asking questions, making them repeat, and then at the end you give them a fake credit card number. It frustrates them. Time is money for those thugs so they want to find out early in the conversation if you are a sucker or not so they can move on to the next call.
If you have the time, keep them busy, have fun with them but do not give out any real info. or commit to anything. Just keep asking questions till they hang up on you.
I like keeping them on the line when I'm watching the Celtics or Bruins. Sometimes, I'll just put the phone by the TV and let them listen to the game, too!
However ... I would be careful about giving them even a fake number, as it may belong to someone else. Just my $0.02.
Just received a call from this number. Did not recognize the number, so I did not take the call. Glad I did. Thank you for your comments. I've just added this number to my contact named "Salesman." Salesman has a lot of numbers under his name.
