I received a call from 480-422-0984 & called it back with my caller ID blocked & RSI Enterprises automatic answerer answered...

I had a message today from this number about an unpaid bill.  I do not have any unpaid delinquent bills.  I do not even have a credit card.  I have an unlisted phone number and have never had a problem with unwanted calls in 10 years of having this same number; I am very careful who I give my number to because I cannot stand answering the phone for sales calls.  I am glad to find this number on the web as I could not understand what is going on.

Although you may think you don't have any unpaid bills, to my surprise because MY STUPID DOCTOR'S OFFICE (WHO I FIRED) wrote down a wrong address for the lab company and a bill was returned, it went to a first level of 'collections'.  True enough once I check my insurance paperwork there appears to be a $45 fee I owe.  It just sucks that someone else's mistake puts a collection agency (even if they say it's first level collections) on my tail.

Got this call twice in about 4 weeks now.....this is on a Vonage issued number so I'm not sure what's the issue here......had the number for about three months now.....

For a collection agency that seems so proud of themselves, judging by their website, interesting that they will not identify themselves on caller ID..phone number only.  Also, under associations, they claim BBB (Better Business Bureau) membership, yet a search of them only retrieves a spinning circle (as looking for a non-existing entity)  The only outstanding debts we have are either past the statute of limitations for collections, so that all creditors who call are zombie status (chargeoffs by original lenders that are then sold to other collectors..one of our accounts is over 20 yrs old & still gets calls as it's sold to the highest bidder.)  The joke is both on us and them.  In order to finance our house in 2004, our lender made us pay all outstanding debts...including over $1,000 claimed by zombie collectors, hence RSI welcome to my blocked list of callers.  GTH!
