Called, asked for me by name, offering to extend the manufacturer's warrentee on a specific year, make and model vehicle of mine. Claimed to be not affiliated with the manufaturer. Has no way of providing me with a copy of the call manual as required by federal law. Will not connect me with their manager. Salesman claims he will place me on their "Don't Call" list. I have been on the Federal Do Not Call list prior to buying that vehicle.
