I.ve been receiving these hangups from 480-426-0033 Lisa Lockerman. Google her name , she's in the financial business. Her office phone and fax are shown on website.
I get calls from this number as well.
I am on donotcall.gov, and I have filed a complaint against them.
What's cool is that I use Truecaller on my Android, and many of the spam calls I get are reported as such when the phone rings. It's free, too.

These idiots disregard the do not call registry. I reported them and put them into my Mr. Number list that will block them going forward. Their phone message actually tells me I can get on their do not call list!!! Let them call me and get hung up on by Mr. Number. By the way, Mr. Number is a free android app.
