It's a masked call from a collections dept somewhere.
209 area code.

I just received a call from what sounded like a young woman.  She was asking if I knew someone near my address.  She didn't explain why she wanted to know that.  I told her that I don't know who she was talking about.  Regardless, she asked if I would give the person a message with her phone number.  She said that she was in CA, in which case she broke the law by spoofing her caller ID.

One crazy lady who wouldn't disclose who she works for but wants all your information including DOB, SSN, address before she talks to you....
