I missed a call from this number and it went to voicemail.  The message was pretty much dead air.  I called the number back and received a greeting that they are trying to call regarding the continuation of a magazine currently being sent to our business free of charge.  So yes it's a solicitation call, but typically they're very nice, never try to sell me anything, just confirm we still want to receive the magazine and our address.  They have never ask me to tell them my address, rather they tell me what they have on file.  I get the same call about once every six months but don't remember the number each time.
