I have been banking with them since 2003, I have never had a problem, if anything they have always gone out of their way to make it right.
Like with anything, always do your research before making a commitment to something important, like where you house your money, but don't let the stupidity of 1 person ruin your impression of the whole organization, like with any place.

This is Truwest Credit Union. Since I have their main number blacklisted, they most likely use this number to hide the fact that it is Truwest calling. Since this number is now blacklisted, we'll see what they use next.
This company is TruWest - never do business with these people - they are so corrupt - they do not hold their employees accountable. When I made a payment on my car loan the clerk accidently shredded my check and did not tell any one. I thought all was good - until .... I was gettibng threatening calls ferom their collections 2 days later. I kept teliing them that I paid and where I paid - I had a receipt and everything. Guess how I found out ... the collection rep told me it was my responsibility to go to the place I made the payment, show them my reciept and demand that this clerk be audited! really! well i did and that is how I found out that the check was accidently shredded. they had to tell me because I had to make out another check
