Answered and it takes several seconds for live person to take over from automated dialer.  Very forceful person recited several things about my credit status and then asked questions about my credit, which I refused to answer.  He kept pushing, telling me this was my one and only call from them.  Except that they call several times a week based on caller ID.  This is a company that gets the lender to accept less money for your debt.  They also take a cut from your payments, not doing this for free.  What they DON'T tell you is that this destroys your credit rating for seven years.  They say one, but that is not true.  Ask a banker.
